France's capital is one of the most influential cities in the world and one of Europe's most popular destinations. Holy with magnificent monuments, exuberant gardens, stunning structures and streets, this place is very popular with tourists worldwide for fashion, architecture and local cuisines. Paris, France's capital, houses a mix of cultures, some of the oldest and most modern places. It is always a beautiful joy to teat on the paved streets and shop with a Paris tour guide for some souvenirs. No other city in the world can match the charm of Paris. Every year, it attracts millions of tourists who love it because of their classicism, its cultural historical sites, its busy street and its extravagant malls.
Paris Backpacking
In Paris, continue your tourism with historic sights. Our Lady is the most beautiful Gothic church in the world undeniably. And it is also very popular, because visitors flock here nearly every  year. The cathedral began in the 12th century and the cathedral was completed over two centuries. There is another beautiful church not very far from the Notre Dame, with its splendor spread all around. This church was built in the 13th century but appears no less magnificent. The colorful walls, glass panels and sculptures decorated the cathedral and gave artistic experiences to the visitors.
Each site has a historical value, carried out from generation to generation. For example, as a symbol of the French victory L'arc de Triomphe was built. And the Catacombs underground tunnels date from the Roman era. Visit the tomb sites and monuments including the Basilica of St. Denis and the Grand Necropolis and the Basilica of Sacred Heart. On the site, destroyed during the French revolution, the St. Denis Basilica and Royal Necropolis are built. The Gothic style is presented as in the Cathedral Notre Dame and the interior of the Sacred Coeur Basilica is breathtakingly made of gold leaves and other elements of decoration. The visitors to the other elegant buildings such as the Church of St. Sulpice and St. Eustach Church are much more interesting here.
A memorable experience in the city of lights with the wonderful structures and wonderful delights. The hotel Shangri-La has recently opened a seasonal outdoor courtyard and is a good place to enjoy French and Asian dishes during the afternoon. As for the Galliera Palace, the most trendy museum offers both historic and modern exhibitions designed by some of the famous designers. The Alexandre III Bridge is one of France's most beautiful and ornate bridges. Christianity remained dominant in Paris right from the fall of the Roman Empire to the French Revolution.

Paris History

In 508, Paris became the capital of the region during the Empire of the first King of Frank-Clovis I. And the city experienced massive boom of silver trading during the 11th century because of its strategic route for merchants and pilgrims.

Dark Chocolate

By – Sahiba Lall (Ramona)
Chocolate is lot than just food, even the scientific name, Theobroma Cocao, states in Greek as “Food of God”. I say what God said is right.
Considering the fact Dark Chocolate and Sugar-Free upon Comparison is like ginger or lemon and honey which could taste a bit bitter but have health benefits. When the say life gives you lemon or ginger, throw hem away ask for chocolate. Isn’t?
Dark chocolates tend to contain sugar, but still the proportions are generally small, and the less sugar the richer the chocolate. There are a number of strong antioxidants for cacao and dark chocolate. These have much more than most other species. Bioactive compounds in cocoa can increase blood flow in blood vessels and reduce the blood pressure, however, by statistically dramatically. Blood flow can improve the activity of the brain by cacao or dark chocolate.
Dark chocolate has a balance of health and nutrients becoming rich in anti-oxidants too. Who wouldn’t like it. I love! I say ‘My blood type is Chocolate’. So grab a bite of chocolate because looks like my hands are kinda full. Counting it’s health benefits: high cocoa, soluble fiber & minerals. In fact 100 gm for Cocoa bar of 70 % - 80 % Cocoa has 11gm fiber, 67% Fe (Iron), 58% Mg (Magnesium), 89% Cu (Copper), 98% Maganese, K (Potassium), Ph (Phosphorus), Zn (Zinc) & Se (Selenium).
Moreover, dark chocolate flavonols will make you ticker — a further win in people with diabetes, as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention say these people are double-risk for heart disease. The research published in Vascular Pharmacology in August 2015 found significant changes in cardiovascular function in people eating high-flovanol dark chocolate. According to Jill Shaluis, there are four basic food groups: Plain chocolate, Mil chocolate, Dark chocolate and white chocolate. And I totally agree with the man here. Don’t have too much it is high in calories with extra sugar around 3.5 ounces pretty sure not for daily dose.
Science says, it has fatty acids in saturated form usually monosaturated and little amounts of polysaturated fats. Plus it has an amount of caffeine to stay you awake and theobromine or xantheose dosage quite low than coffee.
The compounds found in cocoa known as cocoa flavonols seem to improve certain cells ' capacity to secrete insulin, the hormone that controls blood glucose, was published in the animal study of the Nutritional Biochemistry Journal in November 2017. Although the results of the study do remain provisional and the authors note that you need a lot of cocoa and not a lot of sugar to gain from this, further studies suggest that dark chocolate can support diabetes. But, dark chocolate with sugar isn’t for diabetic persons. For them sugar free is like oxymoron and growing up fast in American countries with trend. Eventually to sweeten the sugar free the companies are using mostly ‘maltitol’ 90% sweet as sugar alcohol or should say sugar & alcohol can be mislead. But for Diabetic stated as wonder/helpful because the absorption & digestion is less in them slower with intestinal tract and maintain the sugar levels.
Thus, heading to Conclusion Dark chocolate of sugar free chocolate are beneficial for health and stress reliever has anti-oxidants. Hence “Laughter can be best of medicine but many a times all you need is Dose of Dark chocolate”.

Dedicated to Girls

1. Not every girl wants to get married by 23. So
before you ASSUME she's of marriageable age,
ask her what her views on marriage are. One
hint, might save you the drama- just because
she does not want to get married now does not
mean she never will. She has other plans for
herself right now, let her live a little.
2. Just because a girl wishes to do her PhD
after Masters does not mean she doesn't want
to settle down in life. Give her a break, and
respect the fact that she has the confidence to
take that up, cos yeah, PhD is no joke. There
will come a point when she would happily
devote herself to her family, and balance it out
with her work life. Her degrees, or lack of them,
won't make any difference. Let her study while
she wants to, okay?
3. Just because she is 27 and unmarried does
not mean she's been rejected by many men.
Maybe, being single is a choice she has made.
4. Having a boyfriend does not make her
characterless.
5. Just because she has recently gone through
a break up doesn't mean she is vulnerable and
available.
6. Just because most of her friends are boys,
does not mean she is "having a good time" with
all of them.
7. Just because she has a drink in her hand
does not mean she is an alcoholic.
8. Just because she wore a short skirt to one
party does not mean she dresses up that way
every day.
9. Just because she is ambitious doesn't mean
she isn't a family person.
10. Just because she doesn't discuss her plans
doesn't mean she's clueless about life. Give her
a chance, alright?
11. Just because she is outspoken doesn't
mean she is a rebel.
12. Just because she comes home late from
work does not mean she is sleeping around
with her colleagues.
13. After a hectic week, give her some time to
relax over the weekend. Don't make that one
weekend party make her look like a she's a
frivolous party-girl without a job.
14. Just because she is out shopping alone
does not mean she is depressed or lonely. It's
how she relaxes, respect that.
15. Just because she is on a holiday alone does
not mean she doesn't have company. Maybe
it's a break to get back her lost confidence, or
maybe that's how she is. Admire her spirit
instead of giving her advice, okay?
16. Just because she is a woman doesn't mean
she can't kick ass in military school.
17. Just because she has a tattoo doesn't
mean she is attention seeking. Maybe that's her
way of expression.
18. Just because she doesn't know how to
cook doesn't mean she won't make a good
wife. Remember when you were just married
and cooked chicken curry which was um, a
disaster?
19. Just because she likes everything pink and
shiny and fluffy doesn't mean she lives in her
own world. She can handle some situations
much better than her male counterparts.
20. Just because she is pretty does not mean
she is a whore. And just because she is friendly
does not mean she is flirting with you.
Yes, we cry, we are emotional; we take things
personally, and sometimes over-react to
situations. But this does not give any one the
right to judge us in the wrong way. Times are
changing; don't confine her within those
boundaries, no matter how orthodox you are.
There are some who might be fighting this
losing battle, yet compromising on their
decisions and plans, just to please society.
Respect n do share... !!
